Hey beautiful! We love utilizing the waitlist here at SophiaRene. How does the waitlist work?
If an item is sold out when you claim it or add it to your cart, it will go to your waitlist instead. This means that when we restock this item, you are in line for it. When an item is restocked, it goes through all waitlists first before becoming available to everyone else. When it drops into your cart, you will receive a notification and email that your waitlisted item is now available and to check out before it expires. How amazing is that!
If you are absolutely sure that you want this item, and want to be bumped to the front of the waitlist line, we highly recommend pre-authorizing. This will automatically create an order for you when we get the item back in stock, so you do not have to worry about checking out. We truly hope this helps explain how the waitlist works!
